First Crush is located inside The Ford Building at 2505 SE 11th Ave. The building entrance is secured, and you will receive a door code in your confirmation email that will let you into the building.

We are located on the second floor. Once inside, you can take the staircase immediately to your left, or use the elevator located straight down the hall to the right.

When you reach the second floor, turn left into the hallway if you used the stairs or right if you took the elevator. Continue down the hall until you arrive at suite 271.

Come on in and take a seat in our waiting area, your stylist will come grab you when they are ready!

Street parking in the nearby neighborhood is free, however please pay close attention to the signage on SE Division. There’s a portion of the block directly in front of the building that has restricted parking on weekdays from 4-6pm.

There are two paid parking lots located at the corned of SE 19th and SE Division. The rate is $1.25 per hour and payment can be made either. at the meter or through the parking app.

Please note that the MAX line and train tracks run parallel to the building. We strongly recommend avoiding parking on SE 11th between SE Division and the train tracks. SE 11th is a one way street, and if the train stalls, you may be unable to leave until the tracks clear.

There is an additional paid lot behind the building on SE11th with a two hour limit. However, trains occasionally stall and can block access, especially on weekends.

Each stylist operates independently and maintains their own policies regarding re-scheduling, late arrivals, and cancellations. We encourage you to refer to your stylist’s bio and contact them directly for clarification.

There are multiple men’s, women’s, and all gender restrooms located throughout the building. There are restrooms located very close to the salon, in the second floor hallway right around the corner from us.

We offer an assortment of drinks and snacks for clients that are constantly rotating. There is also a coffee shop located on the first floor on the building, they have a few snacks as well. You are welcome to bring food to your appointment, we just ask that is it isn’t anything too fragrant since First Crush is a small space.

First Crush is a small salon so we kindly ask that kids are only brought into the salon if they are getting a service done.
